False Beliefs Stop You from Building Self Confidence

False beliefs effect self confidence by hypnotizing us into a mental
state of low awareness.

We all have a set of beliefs by which we judge all new and different idea’s. Some of these “certainties” are based in truth but many are beliefs were handed to us from our parents, school, churches and friends. They have not been tested by ones own independent thinking.

Most of us have the same religion that we were born into. Most of us have the political opinions that we heard from our families
and friends.

Our conscious evaluation of these beliefs fade into a hypnotized state of preconceptions. We build a container and fill it with our beliefs and certainties.

What we never understand is that truth is always infinite and cannot be contained by our present awareness.

Living a life of self confidence and purpose means expanding your consciousness daily. Quit trying to judge everything that is said and learn to listen to what is being said without necessarily believing it.

Trust your intuition to guide you to truth. But it doesn’t have to get you there today. Observe yourself and give yourself approval even if you have made mistakes. There are lessons that invaluable within every circumstance.

Self confidence is built by changing our limiting beliefs both conscious and unconscious.

How to expand our consciousness to live more confidently.

Step 1. Separate who you are from your beliefs. You have beliefs but you are infinitely bigger than your beliefs. Focus on your infinite nature.

Step 2. Observe your self and give yourself approval. Its alright to notice you have limiting beliefs. Separate yourself from them
and give yourself more approval.

Step 3 Observe anything in your life that is not working. Challenge the beliefs that motivate these actions. Focus on who you are meant to be.

Your greatest problem could well be that you don’t know who you are or what you were meant to be. Taking the above steps several times a day and recording the results in a journal will start you on the path to realizing how truly worthy capable and unique you are.
