When I realized that I needed help with deep financial issues, I searched for stress relief tips dealing with money. I found a program to which I was inexplicably drawn. The program is called Money Beyond Belief by Brad Yates and Joe Vitale. This program is a recording a of tele-seminar where Brad leads tapping exercises to eliminate false beliefs that people have accumulated throughout their lives. I was familiar with Brad and with EFT. Money Is Evil Basically the session was about the belief that money is evil. Many people have this belief and do not know it. This will stop the natural flow of money into your life. How do you know if you have this belief? Usually, if a strong surge of emotion surfaces when you do the exercise, you know you have it. When a strong surge of emotion surfaced, I cried. I believe that it was a little sadness and shame but also it was honesty with myself about some beliefs. It was a good feeling. And it was good to get it out in the open. Unless we are willing to go to where our wounds manifest and allow the light of awareness to shine there, we will never heal. Physically, I notice myself relaxing. I was breathing deep satisfying breaths. I did this program late before going to bed and the next morning when I awoke I felt a lightness. Even though I had financial responsibilities, they appeared to be reasonable rather than overwhelming. I literally could feel the energy flowing through my body. Guided Visualizations At the end of the session Brad leads a guided visualizations that left everybody on the call empowered and inspired. People basically said "Wow, that feels good". I have heard many practitioners lead EFT, however, Brad's voice and good-natured manner puts him at the top of the list. Although the session was 86 minutes long, it seemed like twenty minutes.
